Careful, as this has come up before...
When placing links to virtual sites like you did - please check them first.
You know where xxx stands for? Some people now think you did their site -
whoops - there's unethical for you.

I disagree -- personal unsolicited contacts by sales people, saying, "Here's
what I could do for you..." are one of the backbones of the sales
profession,
in almost every field imaginable. And this definitely includes real estate.
I live in a currently "hot" neighborhood, and for the last six months I have
received at least one unsolicited mailing or phone call every day (and
sometimes as many or three or four a day), from realtors asking if I'd be
interested in listing my house for sale with them.
The trick for sales people - and that includes people selling Web design or
content services - is to find ways of doing this without insulting or
putting
off the client.
"Here's what's wrong with your site, and I can fix it," probably won't win
any
new customers. But "I like what you've done with the site so far, and
wondered if you've thought about adding a shopping cart - or some meatier
background about your history and products? I just did something similar
for
the site at www.xxx.com, and it increased their traffic and sales by x%. If
you'd be interested in discussing this further, I'd love to hear from
you..."
just might do the trick. And there's absolutely nothing unethical about it.
