I am looking for alternatives to register.com
Quite a while ago I registered for a .biz domain (when they're announced)
Their deal was that when the extension was approved that they would put
in for the domain.  I would not be charged unless I received my new domain
name.

I don't like it that they changed their process; after the fact.  So I am
looking for other
registration services who are pre-registering.  LMK
