Hmmm... might not be too easy.  The thing is I don't know Fireworks, but
okay, here's a quick launch of the proggy: start it all up, go to modify -
resize image - and there you can change the resolution.

However, since you base file isn't worth too much (I mean in term of pixels
per inch) this might get your image very fuzzy.  I personally always start
anew for print, since that will give you high quality.
