Try gif or jpg. If that doesn't work, then the problem isn't the format,
it's a PEBKAC. It could be the program your client is trying to use to
view/print the image. I'd suggest that she download JPEGview, a freeware(I
think, shareware at the very least).
As for including the image in all of her emails, I don't really know. I'm
used to using real email clients. ;D
She or you would probably be able to find something on aol. Tell her to go
to keyword help and she should be able to figure it out from there.
