i looked "shoshkeles" up on google and read a few of the articles, as well
as viewing the demos put out by united virtualities or whatever they are
calling themselves. i don't think the hoo-hah is justified: these things do
not reload, so you can only see 'em once. and they are less obnoxious and
more amusing than those geocities and tripod windows that you have to click
on to make go away. i rather liked the monster.com one.
'course, i haven't been jaded by watching too many of them. in any case,
if you really want to get out from under a shoshkele (where did they get
that name?), you can always click "new window"....
