oscommerce for a one page shoppingcart?

Dear all,

I think oscommerce has been mentioned here before, so I post my question here:

Is it possible and does it make sense to use the whole oscommerce 
package for a one page shopping cart? It's the place where a winery 
sells their wines (only 5 at the moment) both as single bottles and 
in cases.
A rough layout would look like this:

The shipment is handled exclusively by DHL since this is the only 
shipper that is handling wine.
