According to the 4.01 spec, the following atributes are supported in the
BODY tag:

onload, onunload
id, class (document-wide identifiers) 
lang (language information), dir (text direction) 
title (element title) 
style (inline style information) 
bgcolor (background color) 
onload, onunload (intrinsic events) 
onclick, ondblclick, onmousedown, onmouseup, onmouseover, onmousemove,
onmouseout, onkeypress, onkeydown, onkeyup (intrinsic events)

I haven't seen anything relevant to it in the CSS specs either, but if it
works it works.
