Thanks I checked this out and Neotie, the one I think you're referring to
wouldn't come up but there were a few others in the later results and
after looking at the headers I narrowed it down to M$. Then I did a search
on microsoft.com and found a FAQ stating the it's a code to maintain state
when designing for DHTML using one of their editors. So exactly as
previously suggested here :}

I'm not sure what app they were referring to but since our app is a M$
joint effort it wouldn't be it, but obviously M$ threw it in there.
