Hello all,
I'm trying to position an element on a page in relation to the position of =
a link on a page, so when you mouseover the link, the element shows to the =
side of the link. I'm trying to get the position using document.links[1].y=
or x and am just getting undefined. I can use other options like .href =
and it works, but not .x or .y. I've used a similar option for the x and =
y coordinates of an anchor tag on other pages, but that did not seem to =
work here either.=20
So, any ideas on why a link or anchor tag would not have it's x or y =
coordinate defined? This is on an intranet page, so I can't show and =
example. If it's really needed I can copy the page in question to an =
external location though.=20
Thanks in advance,
Doug Dossett
