IE print/javascript

Okay... I've been using a command from a window in a frameset to print the
information from a different frame.
top.main.print();
Which works for Netscape. In IE, what seems to be happening, is that the
frame that holds the print button is what gets printed. I knew that the
print(); command was Netscape, but why would IE ignore the top.main?
Confusion abounds. Any help/comments/etc. would be greatly appreciated, as
always! <smile>
