browser 3.x and JavaScript.

I've got a site with some pop-up windows 
and simple navigational roll overs.

My stats tell me that in the last 4 days
3% of my visitors are using a 3.X browser.

Can they see the roll overs and do the pop up
windows open for them?

Without access to a 3.x browser . . . how can I test for this?
