Hello David!
I don't think this is applicable to -basics, so replying to -theory,
and personally in case you don't carry that list.

First, 'what Duif said'.
Further, I will never waste my time with J. CGI is 100% compatible
with everything out there. J works for those foolish enough to enable
it. J is the equivalent of asking every random user on the net 'hey,
please alpha test my code, all bets off if it crashes your
browser/OS'.
