Ouch. Others will say it too, but if I went to a site that popped up a
window with that message on it every time my mouse passed over a graphic
(forcing me to click OK to continue) I'd leave right away.
It also won't stop someone from stealing the image. (It's in the cache
automatically, also.)
If you really want to display the copyright put it in the status bar or in
the image's alt tag.
Better yet, if you don't want your art stolen, don't post it in the first=
place.
