why sure, there are more people out here. But since I'm new to XML I was expecting to lurk and learn. My use of xml so far has been with Project Gutengerg and our (HWG) participation in it. I know you (Kynn) have your fingers in a lot of different areas so here's this 'wee little problem' I'm having. My xml document validates in IE5 without a hitch. So I put in proper heading and style sheet info and wa-la: I can "see" a well outputted book in OPERA, but not in IE. Are you aware of special things you have to do differently for IE? Only one of the 6 books/essays I've marked up can be view properly in IE. The dtd's and css's I'm using are part of the tools available that Frank (B) & Co. started the project off with. url is: http://www.angelfire.com/il/journaljourney/projectgutenberg/eliterature.html Thanks, Pete P.S. Not a stupid example at all; I personally like to see how all the parts fit together. ********************** // snip \\ ************************* > What do you want to know about? :) > >
