it must be their browser, javascript is client side -- unless embedded in
ASP or another server side programming/scripting -- so should not have
anything to do with your server or theirs.  At the turn of the millenium
(please no debates on whether or not it really was) the browsers took a
different approach on the terms used for the year..... getYear was
interpreted by one to be the year 2000 and another to be 100 (nn)  The
getFullYear seemed to have been more universal but I still occassionally
have someone tell me that the year prints as something ridiculous.

Best advice, if possible through the link up to the list and let us all look
at it in our rainbow of browsers and see if it's a widespread problem or a
random older browser that is having trouble with it...
