Your image map is working OK - I certainly found hotspots on each tab.
However your co-ordinates are a bit out for some of them - eg the "Wilharm"
tab has a hotspot that is a horizontal line only 2 pixels thick.  :-)

Recheck and change your co-ordinates, and it'll be OK.
