Moderated Bulletin board

Hi.

I am considering adding a bulletin board/discussion area to my site, and was
wondering if anyone knew of a good board that I would be able to moderate
(i.e. to keep off offense/off-color posts) fairly easily.  I am currently
looking at WWWBoard from Matt Script's archives--but my understanding is
that the post would go up right away.
