CSS not working

I'm starting to learn CSS and I've embedded a style sheet into a document.
MSIE seems to act like it should, but Netscape accepts the paragraph
indenting but still shows the font as Times Roman instead of Arial.
It's the latest Netscape - 4.75, so I think it should be working.
Can someone take a look and let me know what dumb mistake I'm making please.

I think the page probably looks better in Times Roman, but I'm just doing
this to figure out CSS.
