Oh yes - no problem with 4.01 trans validation - I was gently and not aggressively pointing out that Zeldman et all would ragard it is not following Web Standards in terms of structural mark up and avoiding attributes that are better placed in CSS to allow btter cross-browser compatibility in to the future as well as back in to the past versions.
