[Help!Gifs freeze on PC/WIN platform]

Hi Everyone

I'm having a problem with a pretty basic site I'm designing. It is all 
handcoded. I checked through the html pretty thoroughly. I'm having a 
problem when I test it on PC/WIN Platform with NN when I click on the 
animated gif mailbox and composer pops up. I return to the page after 
sending mail and the gifs have stopped moving! They won't start back up 
until I hit the reload button! This does not happen on my Mac using IE or 
NN.  Is there some kind of code that refreshes the page after mail or is it 
some sort of PC/WIN bug. Is there somewhere that I could go to get some 
references to this problem?
