Not really, Kate, not with any level of accuracy -- yet.
If you're talking about layers, NN and IE still render them differently. If
you want to make the background *fixed* or floating, again, big differences
in NN and IE.
You'll definitely come closer, but, just like all things HTML, no cigar!
