I don't know if this will work in Outlook or now, since I've never used that, 
but some programs will accomplish this if you put all the names in double 
parentheses, with a comma inbetween.  Like ((brent(at)dogwoodshelties.net, 
hwg-basics(at)hwg.org, PianoMary(at)aol.com))
