Another Drop Down Box Question

Hi All!
  While working with the drop-down menu I was thinking that a drop down with 
Cartegories would be better, but don't know where to get a script, or if 
anyone has one with instructions, as I am learning this as I go. If anyone 
can help, it will be greatly appreciated!  Thanks, Lisa
