font sizes

Hi All,

I have a site I'm working on where the font sizes in the links are not the same in Netscape 4.79 and IE 5. They are too big in Netscape and too small in IE.

Is there some way I can work around this?

Also the client wanted blue text and this wouldn't work on Netscape via only the css so I had to put it in the body tag. Is this normal for Netscape 4.79?

Yes, I know, I need to upgrade both browsers :o) too busy.
