The way I think when designing a website is that BOTH content and =
usuability (presentation) should be equally important. Navigation of the =
site is especially important, because if a user can't use your site, then =
they'll never find your content.
One more thing on this... don't assume what users want. You don't know. =
You can look at all the statistics you want, but the fact is that we'll =
never know exactly what each user is after, and it's a known fact that you =
can't satisfy everyone.
A good book to read is "Don't Make Me Think!", you should be able to find =
it on www.bn.com or www.amazon.com.=20

If presentation is more important than the text, then there is DEFINITELY =
a=20
problem. Users search the web for content, not presentation.
