	One thing you should definitely consider is whether to create a separate 
company to do the work (rather than performing as an individual).  Doing so 
would create some additional hoops to jumps through but could serve the 
valuable purpose of providing "limited liability" (in case you were to get 
sued for the work you did -- something that's always a reality in today's 
world).
