Accounting software

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good, small, easy-to-use, and inexpensive (freeware 
maybe?) software package that I can use to manage client accounts, esp 
billing?  I don't have a very large client base at the moment, and I don't need 
this program to fix coffee and butter my toast for me, just help me keep track 
of monthly billing.
