In MIE 5 it looked great, very professional looking. The
background graphic tiled badly at 1280x1024 on my 21 inch
monitor. I make my backgrounds at 2000 pixels wide and that
seems to work.  Ed found a blue stripe followed by a narrow
white stripe. I get a blue stripe followed by lots of white.

In NS 4.7 the background and graphics didn't appear and the
browser spent a long time looking for them I think, because
it was a long download. Same date problem that Ed noticed.
