JavaScript enhancement and gen site critique

Hi All,

I would like to invite anyone who has a little time to have a look, the URL

The major enhancement is in the global navigation allowing for frames to
become optional ( I have yet to finish the frames/noframes switch ) As my
IPS does not offer server side HTML includes I have used the JavaScript .js
includes and document.write(s) to produce the HTML navigation from one
source file.

I have only tested this on NN3.02 Gold, NN4.5, IE4, IE5 and I would be very
interested in other browser experiences.
