I am no expert but will give my honest opinion( IMHO)
1. take the borders out of the left frame around the links
2. use height, width and alt on all the images
3. the page loaded real, real slow
After all this i left, let them know it is not an appelaing sight with the
red bold font and they should push the band not the site layout.

That is IMHO.
