Andy,
Just remember, this critique is worth exactly what you paid for it ;-)
Win98, IE 4.x, 56K modem, plenty of colors, 1024x768 and other various
resolutions
HOMEPAGE:
I'm in the anti-splash page camp (even though the opening page of my site is
a semi-splash page). I don't like getting a page that does nothing but send
me to another page to navigate the site. Especially if I have no idea what
the site's about (and I don't). That being said, I love the look. At
640x480, there's about an inch of downward scroll.
HARBOUR:
Frames! Ack! I can't bookmark the individual pages of your site. If I do
the right click > Create Shortcut thing, I lose your navigation. If I click
on the Harbour logo in the navbar, I can't get back to your little
definitions page.
NAVBAR:
I think you have spaces in your navbar code after the Contact Us and In The
News graphics and before their closing </A> tags.
GENERAL:
I'm pretty dense, but I don't have a really good sense of what it is you
guys do after viewing your site, or how I pay you to do it for me. I don't
think you get enough value from the framed design to bother using it. I'd
go with a table (but then I'm horribly biased). I think the background,
color scheme and overall look are great.
