Keyword check.....

Hi all.. I was wondering if anyone might know of a program that checks a
sites keywords and description in the header to ensure a that search engines
pick up the site well.  I have seen something like this some where in the
past and cannot seem to remember where.  I am having problems getting some
search engines to pick up a couple of my sites it seams and I would like to
figure out why.
