Constructive Critique - Commercial

Greetings fellow list memebers!

I was asked to design a company's webpage.  They specialize in 3 major 
areas, most of which I don't have data on as yet.  I am looking for some 
constructive criticism and thoughts on overall navigatability and 
design.
