1280x1024, mils, NN4.5, 42K connect, a running nose.

Colors are good, bold. However, I don't think the Courier
works for all the text. I like the titles and navigation
being distinct like that, but the main text is just to
packed when it is in Courier. Makes it difficult to read.
I would stick with the Courier on the titles and stuff,
but make the rest of the text some san-serif font.

Other things:

On the internal pages, the navigation links text is way
too small.

I think this site would work with an even narrower column
width. not sure, but mess around with it. Even on 640x480
now it reaches right to the edge of the window, with no
margin. Looks great with the wider margins at 1024x768 up.
Just a thought.

On the main page, the color of the main image background
is just a little off of the page background. This is a
netscape thing with allocating colors, about the only
thing you can do about it is make the image a transparent
.gif.

On the Team page, those P.headers look really out of place.
