A more efficient way to do that would be to adjust the functions in the
JavaScript to reflect the OnMouseOver, but not the OnMouseOut. Or, by using
'return true'.

The easiest way would be to leave off the "off" state so that it doesn't
flip "back" the previous image.
Very elementary technique. :) No alteration of existing layout or images.
