Critqiue is requested.

Hi all;
     I am new to this list, so I will be asking for a lot of critiques in the
near future.  Please start with this site:

I would like some honest answers regarding loading, scheme, layout and design,
and any other items that may come to mind.  If possible, please note which
browser you are using, and your overall feeling as you visit.  I want this to
be inviting, well designed, motivating, but  mostly give a professional
rememberance.
