Need a critique of new business site

I am a brand new business based in Covington, Indiana. I have asked for 
some business counseling from In Score. They wrote the following 
suggestion: "As far as the Internet is concerned, we believe that your web 
site could be improved to be more "customer-friendly". "
I have been lurking on this list for several weeks and you seem to be 
willing to give some very constructive criticism. So, please critique the
