Richard I'll just jot notes as I wander.

IE6 (text size "smaller")
800x600
Win2000Prof

I consider Times a poor choice in text body (bottom of home page). Serif
just doesn't display as clearly on screen as sans-serif. Also considering
how much Times has been used choosing another font helps give your site a
fresher look and feel. I'd also suggest letter-spacing at .1em or .2em to
make the smaller text easier to read. That also helps develop a fresher look.

It's an interesting logo but with such a visual product why aren't we
showcasing it in some way on the home page. Given the exciting visual
displays they create with their products... this home page is rather bland.

This style of navigation button has been done too often.

Format the look and feel of the map page so appears the same as all the others.

All that white space in Promotions leaves me wondering what information is
missing.

Email link in contact should look the same (bold) as all the other links.

Some information such as an email address is so intuitive that labeling it
is silly.

out of time
