Major changes

Greetings list members!
Some time ago I asked for a critique of my site. While the responses were
generally kind, I realized what a newbie I must have seemed. Well, I am
still a newbie, but I am ready to try again. I have made major changes to
my site. I would appreciate any constructive criticisms, suggestions and
comments you all might have. The only real problems I have with the html
are on pages that contain webrings and my chat room. I did not write those
things.
This is my personal page, but I let people know I am available if they are
interested. Does this make it a commercial site?
