I've recently taken over the management of my high school's web presence.
With this, came a major re-design of the previously, to my mind, inefficient
site.
There is a "beta" of the site at:

http://www.netspace.net.au/~smolarcz/hurl/

I've tried to keep it quick to download, easy to manage (for updates and
the like), that it degrades well on different spec computers, while still
trying to look as professional as possible. The frames (which I personally
do not really like) were a requirement from the "powers that be" (the
teacher in charge).
The content is mainly that which has been taken from the old site, while
there are still some pages with missing and pages with spacers for content
(which I am still waiting for).
I was hoping to get some feedback from the select few (hundred/thousand)
subscribed to this list, before the site is put up at its permanent location
and unleashed on the general public (as it were).
I'm also interested as to suggestions as what type of extra stuff should be
included to make the site more interesting to an "outsider". All suggestions
welcomed and appreciated.

Thanking you for your time in advance,
