I've got a 17 inch "CrystalScan" monitor that came with my Gateway system.
I love it and have had no problems with it at all.

Subject: monitor for graphics?

>Here's one for all you graphics wizards out there. What type of monitors
are you using? Size, brand, etc... Mine, an old Princeton "EO70" 17",
recently bit the dust and I am in the market for a new one and want to get
one that is good with graphics. I work a lot in Photoshop and want
something that is clear. I am currently using one that came with a Gateway
system - an "EV900" 19" (husband's) and it is driving me crazy with sort of
tiny, tiny, horizontal lines through the whole screen. It's sooo confusing
to read through all the reviews as what one says is good, another says is
mediocre!! What are you all happily working with? Figured it is better to
get it "from the horses mouth" so to speak!!!
