I got my CalComp pressure sensitive 6x9 tablet for under 90 dollars
including shipping from Egghead www.surplusauction.com under section -
graphic tablets.  I have purchased many things through them and have been
pretty satisfied.

If you don't like auctions - egghead www.surplusdirect.com usually has the
same items just to order.  I usually compare both before I purchase and the
auction is a better price.
