FrontPage 98 does - to a point. You'll find its interface much like HomeSite
in that you have tabs at the bottom to easily switch views; WYSIWYG, HTML,
and Browser.

You could skip the WYSIWYG view altogether and just work in the HTML and
Browser views.

I use it and I find it a tremendous time saver. Bear in mind, I learned HTML
on this program, I never did hand code in notepad, so I don't know how it
"should" be done.

I'm the type of person who reads the manual cover to cover - twice - before
I mess with the program. Using a GUI is very different from coding in
notepad and if you don't understand and respect those differences the
program will drive you crazy.

IMO, MIC is a sleeper. It's a very powerful graphics program that operates
very differently from a raster or vector program. If you're used to
PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro, you'll likely find MIC a little confusing at
first.

MIC is my first graphics program so I didn't have any habits to overcome. I
found MIC to have a one week learning curve. And I've yet to see anything I
couldn't replicate with MIC and a few plug-ins.
