If you're looking for something that can handle 3D web graphics,
animations, banners, etc. you should take a look at the beta of Cosmo
PageFX.  There's a trial download available at
http://cosmosoftware.com/download/

It's pretty cool for adding some interesting and interactive visuals to
your site through the use of VRML.  You can also set it to substitute
non-VRML images in case viewers are using non-VRML browsers.  It's a pretty
interesting product (there are some samples of PageFX created content on
the Cosmo site -- you need Cosmo Player to view them).
