Transparencies in ImageReady

Hi,

I understand the process of exporting and picking the color for
transparency in PS, but I've read the instructions about a millions times
and can't get my brain to understand how to do transparencies in
ImageReady.   I guess I'm not used to doing it the "easy" newfangled way.
