What is the definition of commercial? In the instance I'm talking about, the
hobby is railway modelling (usually as friendly and non-competitive as you
get) and the photos in question are a set reproduced at
http://www.ngrail.co.uk, of someone's layout. There's nothing commercial
involved, so would that make any difference?
One thing I forgot to add is that I'm in the UK, so does anyone know if there
are differences between UK and US law?
