Frames, a real simple question!!!

Hi all!
I have until this point resisted at all cost learning or using frames!
However, I am now going to force myself to learn them and use them on some
pages, actually, I really should know this already! So, that said, does anyone
know of a good source to learn them on the internet? I am not a book kind of
person.... Samples and examples and well laid out writing on the computer
works better for me...
