Located in Mountain View, CA. this organization is a leader in Application 
Performance Management (APM) solutions. Used by hundreds of companies 
worldwide, our solutions enable organizations to successfully develop and 
deploy the applications that comprise their businesses.

We have an immediate need for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a team 
of highly capable Software Development Engineers developing Web based 
applications. This individual will have full responsibility for completing 
the life cycle for a variety of product offerings.

This opportunity requires a BS in Computer Science plus a minimum of 10 
years development experience, at least 5 of which should have been in a 
supervisory/management capacity with a proven track record in bringing 
successful products to market. A strong understanding of Web development 
tools, client/server SQL DBMS, and Web based applications as well as a good 
understanding of networking, in particular TCP/IP and Web Protocols is 
required. The successful candidate should also have experience with 
Web/distributed application performance and troubleshooting tools.
