Lead Programmer, R&D Team - NYC - $80-$90,000/year=20
Reports to: Vice President, Research & Development=20
Start Date: November 1, 1999

JOB DESCRIPTION:=20
Lead programmer/problem solver for its Research and Development team. The=20
R&D team develops flexible, browser-based tools and software, improves=20
existing software, and proposes marketable standalone products. This=20
currently includes sophisticated rules-based profiling engine, dynamic=20
content server and ad serving technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:=20
Candidate should be independently motivated, willing to see projects through=
=20
from concept to completion and be responsive to feedback from a variety of=
=20
sources. The drive to innovate while designing for end users, through solid=
=20
interface design and architecture, is absolutely necessary. The=20
desire to improve and refine one=B9s work, and to produce bug-free code is=
=20
paramount. Strong communication and writing skills are required.
Successful candidates must have extensive web-based experience writing=20
ColdFusion, ASP, VB, HTML, JavaScript, COM Objects and SQL. Java, Perl and=
=20
C++ skills will be useful. Familiarity with ad serving technology and code=
=20
is highly desired.

SALARY:=20
This position pays $80 - $90,000/year based on experience and includes 2=20
weeks of paid vacation, 5 personal/sick days, full medical and dental=20
benefits plus a 401(k) plan. You will work in our Manhattan office. Office=
=20
hours are 9:30-6:30 M-F.
