Web Developers ( 5 NEEDED! )
Individuals in this position will design, develop and support complex
web-based business and clinical application software in our Waltham office.
Duties will include reviewing product requirements and functional
specifications, formulating development objectives, designing and developing
programs to meet those objectives, and communicating ideas, designs and
solutions clearly to team members, management staff and customers.
These are primarily application programming positions. Successful candidates

secondary emphasis on graphical design and HTML page construction.
We are looking for particularly bright, flexible, self-starting individuals
with a strong knowledge of software design and development techniques.
Self-motivation, a strong desire to master new technologies, the ability to
assimilate new knowledge quickly, and the ability to apply new technologies
or concepts quickly and effectively to practical problems are very important
qualities for the successful applicant to possess.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND CORRESPONDING LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE FOR THESE POSITIONS:
Candidates must be knowledgeable in object-oriented design and programming
techniques, and fluent in at least one modern object-oriented programming
language such as Java or C++. Two to five years of application software
development experience is required. Candidates must possess a working
knowledge of web standards such as HTML, CSS, and XML.
Extensive graphical design experience is not necessary, but the ability to
construct simple, clean web pages is required.
Individuals will work on-site. We are a Pre-IPO, so we aren't able to provide
sponsorship at this stage in our growth. We have great benefits and are giving
generous stock options to all new employees.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university is required.
